FLUID PUMPING SYSTEMS

Custom engineered pumping skids can be design for use with a wide range of thermal fluids, including water, glycol, oils, and synthetic fluids.  Pumping Skids can be used in conjunction with new or existing equipment such as cooling towers, chillers, or fired heater systems.  Components can be selected in accordance with customer specifications.

FILL & DRAIN SYSTEMS

Fill & Drain Systems can provide a cost-efficient means of fluid management during start-up, shutdown, and maintenance activities.  Typically located at the lowest point of the overall process, these systems make it easy to drain and refill large volumes of thermal fluid without the hassle of logistics coordination.  HEAT, Inc has the knowledge and experience to design and manufacture Fill & Drain Systems for any size system or process.

VENT & BLOWDOWN SYSTEMS

Sometimes referred to as Catch Pots, Vent and Blow Down Systems are necessary when relief valves or other blow down equipment are not permitted to be channeled into an open container or drain.  When thermal fluid is required to be contained at all times, Vent & Blow Down Systems can provide a cost-effective solution for managing unexpected fluid discharges.  Vent & Blow Down Systems can also help to avoid regulatory or health concerns related to the discharge of high temperature thermal fluids.  HEAT, Inc can design and manufacture Vent & Blow Down Systems for any sized process or condition.

LUBRICATION OIL SYSTEMS

Process machinery often includes rotating components such as rolls, screws, and mixers.  When used in conjunction with hot oil rotary joints, the bearings for the rotating equipment may require the addition of a lube oil heating & cooling system for independent temperature control of the bearings.  HEAT, Inc has the expertise to design & build custom lube oil systems for any process or application.

FLUID DISTRIBUTION MANIFOLDS

Improperly designed fluid distribution manifolds can undermine the effectiveness of a heat transfer system or process by providing inadequate flow through critical portions of the process equipment.  Inadequate flow caused by the manifold design or operation can significantly affect the overall process performance and quality, leading to  potentially reduced yields and overall throughput.  HEAT, Inc has the technical expertise to design and manufacture manifold distribution systems that will ensure adequate flow through the process equipment, improving the quality and overall efficiency.
