ELECTRIC PROCESS HEATERS

CH Series Circulation Heaters - Compact self contained electric process heaters are designed for heating flowing liquids and gases, such as: air, nitrogen, steam, water, oil, and chemicals. CH series circulation heaters can be installed vertically or horizontally. Each circulation heater unit consists of a flanged immersion heater mounted in an ASME code-designed heating chamber. The chamber is equipped with flanged inlet and outlet connections, mounting studs, high temperature insulation and an aluminum jacket.

CHP Series Circulation Heater Packages - Custom fabricated, skid mounted circulation heater units that include a fully insulated circulation heater and pre-wired control panel. Multiple chambers can be piped in series for low process flow rates and large kW loads.

ADH Series Air Duct Heaters - Air duct heaters are designed for heating low-pressure air or gases. ADH series air duct heaters are constructed with stainless steel tubular elements mounted in a stainless flange with operating temperatures up to 1200° F. These electric process heaters can be designed to fit rectangular ductwork and can be supplied with transition sections when used on circular or smaller ducts.
