Hot Oil Temperature Control Units circulate high temperature heat transfer fluid through the process application for temperature control.

SS Series Temperature Control Units - Satellite temperature control systems are re-circulating secondary temperature control loops that utilize direct inject heating from a central thermal fluid heating system. SS series temperature control units offer the best alternative for applications which require flow rates higher than available from the central fluid system or both heating and cooling are required. The systems are pre-piped skid packaged units that contain proportional control valves, centrifugal pump, optional cooling exchanger, and control panel all mounted on a drip proof base.

EM Series Hot Oil Temperature Control Units - Circulate thermal oil heated by existing plant steam. EM series hot oil temperature control units include steam heat exchanger, proportional steam control valve, steam trap, relief valve, vacuum breaker, centrifugal pump, isolation valves, strainer, expansion tank and a complete control panel all mounted on a drip proof base. Hot Oil Temperature Control Systems are custom designed for each specific application.
