HEAT, Inc. maintains many items in inventory in order to support the production of our process heaters and thermal fluid systems. This inventory is also available to supply spare parts to our customers. Although many of our products have identical components, frequently systems are custom designed with special components that are not maintained in our inventory.

 Thermal Fluid System Replacement Parts

The following standard components are in stock and available for next day delivery if required:

• Disconnects, Contactors and motor starters
• Lights, pushbuttons and switches
• Fuses and fuse blocks
• Thermocouples
• Temperature Controllers
• Pressure and Temperature Gauges
• Gaskets
• Pump Seal repair kits
• Pumps

Many of the following components can take several weeks or even months to manufacture or source from the original manufacturer:

• Flanged Heaters
• Tanks and Vessels
• Heat Exchangers
• Control Valves
• Special Pumps
• Special instruments and electrical components

If your process cannot afford to be shut down for several weeks or months, while you wait for replacement parts, then we strongly suggest that you stock the recommended spare parts to avoid this potential down time.
