CC Series Control Panels - are designed for temperature control of resistive heating loads. Our heater control centers are built in accordance with the national electric code and include digital temperature controllers and SCR power controls.

HEAT Control Panels are supplied integrally mounted with our equipment, or shipped loose for remote mounting. Control panels can be designed for NEMA 12, 4 4x, 7, and 9, Class I, Division 1, and Division 2 hazardous areas using NEMA 7 explosion resistant boxes, or using a Z (Div. 2) or X (Div. 1) positive pressure air purge kit.

Our heater circuits use SCR proportional power control for more accurate temperature control. PID microprocessor based controllers are used to meet process control requirements.
