HOS550 SeriesPre-Engineered compact hot oil system designed for use with mineral oils and synthetic based heat transfer fluids. The system includes a closed-coupled centrifugal pump with an air-cooled mechanical seal, electric heater assembly, and control panel. Packaged, skid-wired and assembled on a drip-proof seal-welded plate and channel base with an all welded ASME B31 piping system, non-wicking cellular glass insulation, and isolation valves. Safety interlocks include high heater temperature. Expansion tanks with a level low-level switch and cooling skid options available. Each system is tested using a hot functional factory test in accordance with HEAT standard practice prior to shipment.
