Pre-Engineered compact hot oil system designed for use with mineral oils and synthetic based heat transfer fluids. NFPA 87 complaint ready, the system includes a magnetically driven centrifugal seal-less pump, electric heater assembly, and UL listed control panel. Packaged, skid-wired and assembled on a drip-proof seal-welded plate and channel base with wiring per NFPA70 and NFPA79, other features include an ASME Code heater chamber, all welded ASME B31.3 piping system, non-wicking cellular glass insulation, in-line strainer, isolation valves, flange spray shield protection, fluid maintenance and sampling connections, and an industrial machine guarding. Safety interlocks include high fluid temperature, high heater temperature, low flow, and remote/local E-Stop. Expansion tanks with a level low-level switch and cooling skid options available. Each system is tested using a hot functional factory test in accordance with HEAT standard practice prior to shipment.
